About the Position

Are you a passionate and people-focused HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role with real impact? TASK (The After School Klub) is on the lookout for an HR Advisor to join our Sydney-based team.

In this role you'll support our management team and workforce, ensuring we maintain a safe, compliant and engaged workplace. Your expertise in employee relations, performance management, workplace safety and HR compliance will help shape the way we support our 200+ dedicated team members. About You

You’re an experienced HR generalist who knows how to navigate the ins and outs of Australian workplace laws, industrial relations and WHS legislation. You can confidently provide expert advice on performance management, employee wellbeing and workplace safety while developing and keeping policies up to date and aligned with best practice.

To succeed in this role you’ll need:

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills – you can provide clear, proactive support to managers and employees.
- A deep understanding of HR compliance and employment law – you stay ahead of changes and ensure best practice.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills – you know how to keep records accurate and confidential.
- The ability to foster a high-performance, positive workplace culture – you believe in supporting people to do their best work.
