Your Role

As HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to person supporting the Australian business across the full spectrum of people operations from recruitment and employee engagement to payroll support and mobility coordination.

Reporting to the Country HR Manager, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and global HR teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all employees. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that offers both structure and variety.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities and onboarding
• Coordinating employee engagement initiatives (e.g. charity & social events)
• Providing administrative support across payroll and HR systems
• Assisting with expatriate management and intercompany transfers
• Partnering with leaders on HR processes and employee lifecycle support

Your Background & Experience

• Experience in HR coordination or generalist roles, ideally in multinational settings
