We are seeking Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) registered with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency (AHPRA) to join our Avive Clinic Mornington Peninsula team.

Avive Clinic Mornington Peninsula is a new 60 bed private that aims to set a new benchmark in private mental health care. It is the first in Avive's pipeline of private mental health facilities to be developed across the country under a unique business model, where clinicians are critical to the development of facilities, treatment and care. Embracing new technology, the facility will include a fully electronic patient clinical record and patient engagement system.

Position Objective:

The Enrolled Endorsed Nurse (EEN) provides patient centred nursing care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse on duty and in accordance with the Practice Standards as identified by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. The Enrolled Endorsed Nurse monitors the impact of nursing care which includes recognition of normal and abnormal assessments and intervention and evaluation of individual health and functional status. The Enrolled Endorsed Nurse is authorised to administer and check medications under the supervision of the Registered Nurse on duty.
