Kindred Early Education is seeking an assistant early childhood educator to work with our experienced and stable team.

We can offer either a full time or part time role, however it is a requirement to have availability on a minimum of Thursday and Friday from 7am - 6pm each week to work with our existing team’s college timetables.

We always speak to applicants about the age group they prefer to work with and try to find the right studio and team within our service.

Please note that sponsorship is not available in respect of this role.

Our studios run above ratio in terms of the number of staff. Our service is a small independent family owned service, rated exceeding. We are proud of our professional and stable environment, where children and our team are prioritised.

The successful applicant will work with their co-educators in providing outstanding education and care to the children in our service. Full time applicants must be available 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday without limitations during those hours.

Your skills and qualifications should include:

A Certificate III, Diploma or willingness to work towards a qualification

A passion for working with children

The desire to work harmoniously as part of a collaborative team

A friendly, positive and energetic disposition

A current Working with Children Check

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer and technology skills

An interest and willingness to participate in excursions (these are run frequently on foot from our service to a variety of local community facilities)
