We are seeking a Production Assistant to join the Love Tea production team based in South Geelong, Victoria. This role is a full-time, on site, Monday - Friday position.

You’ll be part of our small in-house production team, who spend their day blending, packing and testing our tea. Kindly note, this role is manual in nature, and you will spend most of the day on your feet.

Prior experience is not required, and all training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

Ensure that all product is manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with Love Tea specifications and quality requirements.

Operate forklift in line with WHS policies.

Accurately receive incoming goods.

Participate in daily tea blending, ensuring products are blended accurately to recipe.

Operate Pyramid and Sachet machines, including set up, in use monitoring, and clean-down.

Understand production KPIs and apply these to your work.

Skills & Competencies

Forklift License (or willingness to obtain).
