We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting a wide variety of technologies across multiple sites. Experience and Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or related role (preferred)

• Must have full working rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen)

• Must hold a current driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle

• Must be available to work after hours and weekends as required

Tasks & responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve a range of software, hardware, and network issues

• Server Admin: Assist with maintaining Linux-based hypervisors and Windows Server environments (training provided)

• Network Support: Diagnose connectivity issues, configure routers/switches/printers

• Application Support: Support medical software, PDF viewers, Microsoft 365, and open-source tools

• Security: Assist in implementing antivirus, managing updates, and responding to incidents

• Project Work: Contribute to rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and cross-team IT initiatives

• On-Site Visits: Attend locations for hardware installs, user training, or issue resolution
