As we continue to grow, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Solar & Battery Installer to join our dynamic team.

About the role

This is a full-time, leadership role suited to an experienced and accredited Solar & Battery Installer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be managing a small team on-site, ensuring high-quality installations, meeting weekly KPIs, and reporting directly to the Director and Manager with any job documentation required.

What you'll be doing

Install and commission solar PV and battery storage systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Lead and manage a team of installers and apprentices on-site.

Ensure all installations are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

Maintain accurate records, job documentation, and photographic evidence of completed work.

Meet and report on weekly KPIs set by management.

Communicate effectively with the Director and Operations Manager with weekly updates and reports.

Conduct site assessments and provide feedback for system design improvements.

Ensure compliance with WHS policies and relevant electrical codes and standards.

Requirements:

Current Solar Accreditation Australia Installer License (Solar PV and Battery).

Valid Electrical License

Valid Australian driver's licence

Proven experience in residential and/or commercial solar or battery installations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work and manage a team and problem-solve on-site.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
