About the role

Plan, coordinate, manage, monitor, evaluate, and coordinate daily tasks within the facility. Manage and support Facility Administration and frontline clinical staff to ensure the continuity of administration duties required to deliver client focused, high quality and efficient services.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Liaise with and provide administrative support to the Facility Manager to develop and co-ordinate administrative systems, work practices, physical and human resources, and quality activities by overseeing the Facility's utilisation of assets such as the room/car bookings and equipment management.
• In collaboration with the Facility Manager, oversee the logging and maintenance of engineering requests in a timely manner.
• Comply with and manage your team's requirements of workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination practices and behaviour in the work environment.
