About the Role
The role is a part-time based at our Yokine Office, working 4 days per week Monday to Thursday (9am - 5pm).
As an Administration Clerk at Rebuild Group, you will support our Building Supervisors and Admin Staff by coordinating clerical tasks essential to our reporting and quoting process, while also helping to deliver friendly, personalised service to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for all inbound calls and directing as necessary
Providing timely and accurate information to queries from staff, clients, and customers
Updating our Job Management software and client portals regularly
Assisting Supervisors by sending timely email and SMS updates
Transcribing dictated information into our estimating software
Formatting and emailing Building Damage Reports and Quotations
Following through on delegated office support tasks and filing
Assisting with debtor management as required
Sending invoices for report fees and excess payments
Managing complaints in accordance with our Complaints Process
Upholding company policies as outlined in our 'Employee Handbook'
About You
You’re an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a small, communicative team and has a passion for customer service. You can focus under pressure, prioritise tasks, and manage a busy workload with professionalism. You’re just as comfortable working independently as you are collaborating with others.
You'll bring:

Confidence with the Microsoft Office suite
The ability to quickly learn new software systems
Previous experience in administration or reception (ideal)
Exposure to the building industry (desirable but not essential)
Remuneration
An hourly rate of $27–$30 plus superannuation is on offer, based on experience.
