ABOUT KPAT HOTELS
KPAT Hotels is an independent hospitality group with a growing presence across Queensland. We own and operate a diverse and evolving mix of hotels, pubs, restaurants, conference venues and catering services. We are a vibrant team and hugely ambitious. We are looking for people who share our philosophy of making things happen—this is a place for doers.
We believe hospitality is about creating spaces and moments that bring people together, celebrate local culture, and leave a lasting impression. From landmark pubs to distinctive hotels and memorable experiences, we are committed to fostering genuine connections between our guests, the communities they live in and the experiences they seek.
LEAD OUR TOOWOOMBA VENUES
This is a chance to shape the future of three dynamic venues redefining Toowoomba’s hospitality scene, while leading our growth with more venues planned in the 2026 pipeline. Our current properties include Oaks Toowoomba Hotel and its thriving conference and events space, The Rock – a newly renovated gastropub, and Quarter Acre, a cafe set for a rebrand and refresh in July 2025.

· Financially savvy, with a track record of managing P&Ls, driving profitability and achieving year-on-year growth
· A people-first leader who thrives on developing teams and fostering connection
· A team player who is adept at collaborating across venues, business units and teams at all levels
