Site Supervisors

Sure People Solutions are seeking Experienced Supervisors to join our client for ongoing works across WA - Potential for exposure to multiple sites. You will be based at the Workshop in Jandakot and will be required to fly to site within 24 hours notice.

The Role:

• ASAP Start with ongoing work
• Exposure to large mining companies
• Guaranteed minimum of 32 hours a week
• $75+ per hour plus penalties
• Must be available within 24 hours notice

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of projects on your site safely, and efficiently.
• Ensure adequate human resources and assets are available for the delivery of projects and contracts.
• Coordinate the daily activities of each project with leading hands and staff. Be hands-on and work alongside/backfill staff.
• Advise the WA Manager of any operational issues and develop appropriate solutions.
• Provide regular updates to the WA Manager regarding the performance of activities.
• Supervise, mentor, provide guidance to and performance manage direct reports.
• Ensure effective job tracking, reporting, and management practices are in place, including job costing and timely reporting on variations to works where required.

Essential S

Demonstrated experience election Criteriain Supervising and leading teams preferably in the mining industry. Sections 44 and 26 are desirable.

• Working at Heights
• Clean National Police Clearance
• Drivers License
• A full Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol will be required upon successful application.
• Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a range of clients and stakeholders.

Advantageous

• Mechanical trade experience
• HRWL: Basic Rigging
• Induction: BHP, FMG, RIO, Goldfields
• First Aid

Our Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a phone interview with one of our recruitment consultants. Inductions will also be required for this role.
