Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Outs (Healthcare Focus)
Location: Metro Sydney – Western Sydney & CBD Projects
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Salary: $140K–$150K + Super (negotiable for outstanding candidates)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee high-quality commercial fit-out projects, with a particular focus on medical and healthcare facilities such as plastic surgery clinics and medical centres. You will play a key role in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-standard project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concreting, glazing, metalwork
• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire services
• Civil and structural elements

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets
• Manage and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and trades
• Maintain quality control to prevent delays and rework
• Enforce OH&S policies on-site
• Interpret and implement project drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Collaborate with the project management team and provide progress updates using digital tools
• Allocate appropriate tools and equipment for site teams
• Ensure effective housekeeping and site organisation
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers across various trades, including:
  
• Coordinate combined services drawings with services contractors and structural/civil teams

About You
You have a solid background in commercial, architectural, or retail fit-outs, ideally with experience in the healthcare sector.
