With our factory and design studio in Invercargill, a flagship store in Queenstown, and now our first Australian store for many years open now in The Rocks, Sydney, BONZ is focused on slow fashion, considered design, and doing things properly.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and confident Store Manager to lead our Sydney team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for the daily running of the store, building and leading a team of 3–6 salespeople, and creating an outstanding in-store experience for both locals and visitors.

You’ll be the face of BONZ in Australia – working with beautiful, New Zealand-made products and representing a brand that values craftsmanship, quality, and customer connection.

This role is suited to someone with strong retail leadership experience, ideally in luxury or high-end retail. You’ll be comfortable on the floor, leading from the front, and know how to create a warm, professional sales environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and developing a diverse team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service

Overseeing all daily store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and reporting

Actively selling on the floor and fostering strong relationships with customers

Ensuring the store reflects the BONZ brand at all times in presentation and atmosphere

Sharing customer insights with the broader team and contributing to continuous improvement

Recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff as needed
