Take the next step in your clinical research career with NES Fircroft. We are partnering with a leading clinical research site in Wollongong to find a driven and detail-focused Clinical Research Coordinator to join their growing team.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real difference in advancing clinical research.

What you’ll do

• Own the coordination of clinical trials from start-up to close-out, ensuring compliance with GCP, TGA, and NHMRC standards
• Be the key contact for patients, investigators, and sponsors — keeping trials running smoothly and on time
• Manage critical study documents, regulatory files, and patient data with precision
• Support recruitment efforts and keep milestones on track
• Host and prepare for site visits, audits, and monitoring activities
• Champion patient care, ensuring trial participants are informed and supported throughout

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years’ experience coordinating pharma-sponsored clinical trials
• A background in Nursing is highly regarded
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Confident using CTMS and EDC systems
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
