The Role
We are currently seeking an Administrator to support the wider bookings team, across a broad range of Clients. Your role will see you booking in patients for Medicals at the clinic and gathering their personal information. The utmost of confidentiality needed at all times.
- Booking in patients for medical checks.
- Liaising with clients and patients via phone and email
- Data entry for patients personal information
- Call Handling
- Following up on Results for patients with the medical practitioners
- Customer service and assisting with any queries.
About You
- Previous administration or reception experience
- Previous health practice experience preferred but not a necessity.
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Exposure to different systems
- A strong attention to detail
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
