Senior Commercial Lawyer – 6-10+ years’ PAE

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to add a Senior Lawyer with general commercial experience to provide mostly front-end legal services to its clients. The lawyer will have the opportunity to work on related litigation matters on occasion.

This opportunity would suit a proactive and commercially minded lawyer looking to work on a range of interesting and complex matters, spanning general commercial, contract negotiation and review, wills and estates planning, property and conveyancing, trusts, and business structuring.

You will be a key member of the firm, working closely with the firm’s leaders and other senior practitioners, with strong career growth & leadership prospects, genuine work/life balance, great culture, and free parking.

Junior Commercial Litigation Lawyer - 1-2 years’ PAE

A great opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain hands-on experience working closely with the firm’s senior practitioner across a broad variety of both contentious and non-contentious commercial matters.

Develop well-rounded legal skills and knowledge working across litigated matters in areas such as commercial disputes, contracts, estates, property, and strata titles.
