💼 The Role:

• Care Manager | Monday to Friday
• Salary: Circa $130,000 – $135,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
• Location: Near Frenchs Forest with free onsite parking
• Reporting Structure: FM < CM x2 < Quality Coordinator < Roster/HR < Care Staff

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A senior Registered Nurse with 12+ months in a Care Manager or equivalent leadership role
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical compliance
• A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative team
• Confident working with and leading a diverse, multicultural team
• Someone who leads by example and is a true expert in clinical care
