What you'll do:
As a Procurement Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the procurement strategies of the organisation. Your expertise will be crucial in providing advice to senior management, developing procurement processes, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining procurement probity principles, assessing contract requirements, and driving cost reductions through strategic market engagement. - Provide advice and recommendations to senior management on procurement strategies
- Engage with key business stakeholders to facilitate and promote procurement activities
- Develop and implement procurement processes as per organisational needs
- Maintain the principles of procurement probity
- Assess the requirement for formal contracts with major suppliers
- Review spend reporting and market engagement opportunities to drive cost reductions
- Develop strong supplier relationships to support organisational objectives
- Lead Modern Slavery compliance activities
- Promote a positive working relationship with coworkers, suppliers, and partners

Your previous experience working across different cultures has equipped you with the ability to maintain key relationships effectively.
- Tertiary Qualifications (Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field) and Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of 8 years in a procurement or supply chain role
- High level of commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
- Experience in business process improvement and change management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience working across different cultures and maintaining key relationships
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
