The Client:
Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a well renowned OOHC provider to assist in the recruitment of a Team Leader for the Permanency Support Program services on a full time permanent basis for their Inner Sydney team.

The Role:
As the successful candidate your role will be to oversee a team of case managers that support young people living in a variety of out of home care models. You will support their development and advise on complex cases ensuring quality care and goals are achieved for each client.

The Successful Candidate:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Previous experience working in the out of home care sector
• Tertiary level qualifications in social work, psychology or similar field
• Demonstrated experience leading a team and people management
• Strong understanding of a variety of theoretical frameworks and intervention strategies relevant to working with children young people and families
• Drivers License
