Core Talent are currently recruiting for a highly reputable QLD builder who deliver multi res developments, due to the amount of projects they have recently been awarded they are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join their already thriving team. This builder has a strong pipeline of projects across Sunshine Coast. This role would be suitable for a CA ready to take the next step in their career or existing Senior CA looking to join a reputable builder.

Role:

• Manage all commercial and financial requirements for the project
• Management of Head contract negotiation, variations and progress claims
• Management of all sub-contract procurement, letting and ongoing variations and claim processing
• Lead procurement process and negotiate commercial terms with project stakeholders

Experience:

• MUST have recent multi res experience, project over 10 storeys
• Project value experience over $30M
• Strong background and tenures with reputable builders in a similar sector
• Completed projects from inception to completion
