The Projects

We’re looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team and take on a key commercial role across two cornerstone projects:

• $25M Commercial Office Building

• Multi-Stage Industrial & Large Format Retail Development – Ongoing pipeline with a secured 3-year program of work

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end contract administration across both projects

• Subcontract procurement, variations, progress claims and financial reporting

• Oversee head contract obligations and monthly cost reporting

• Work closely with the PM and site teams to ensure commercial outcomes

• Close out current project stages while preparing for upcoming ones

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to keep delivery on track

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience as a CA or Senior CA on commercial new builds

• Strong knowledge of subcontractor and head contract management

• Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities concurrently

• Experience with Procore, Cheops, or similar systems

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar
