A leading WA firm is seeking a Property Lawyer with 2-5+ years’ PAE. You will be joining a collaborative and high-performing team and working closely with an experienced Property Partner. About the role:

Work with high-profile clients on a diverse range of complex and nationally significant property and general commercial matters, including:

Property development, acquisitions, sales and purchase, conveyancing, estates and strata titles.

Large-scale retail, industrial and commercial leasing transactions.

Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease, and tender documents.

Due diligence for major transactions.

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking to connect with lawyers who have 2-5+ years’ PAE in property and commercial law, with experience from a top/mid-tier, or leading boutique firm. You’ll have strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. A commercial mindset, team-oriented approach, and a keen interest in building client relationships while working on major property matters are essential.
