About the Role

This role supports the design, build, deployment, and management of robust network solutions in a complex enterprise environment. With a mix of hands-on technical work and leadership responsibilities, you’ll help drive the delivery of secure, high-performance networking across physical, wireless, and cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support ICT network solutions across enterprise environments
• Manage WAN/LAN infrastructure using certified methods and frameworks
• Oversee network security protocols across physical and cloud networks
• Resolve complex infrastructure issues and support end users
• Guide a small team, manage workflows, and support change initiatives
• Contribute to network testing, patching, and quality control processes

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience as a Network Engineer or Administrator
• Proven ability to manage ICT infrastructure at an enterprise scale
• Proficiency with ITIL-aligned processes and support methodologies
• Experience in cloud networking environments (AWS, Azure)
• Strong understanding of certified networking practices and tools
• Desirable: Fortinet (NSE 4+), CCNP, Terraform, Zscaler/Cloudflare exposure
