We’re now looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help us scale secure, high-performance cloud solutions powering our 3D medical imaging workflows.

What You’ll Do

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.

· Design and optimize RESTful APIs for data retrieval, upload, and transformation of large medical datasets

· Develop and maintain frontend components using React, Vue and TypeScript

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product managers, QA engineers, and clinical experts—to deliver high-quality, clinically-relevant features.

· Work closely with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and system observability

· Contribute to both new product development and the ongoing improvement of existing applications.

· Participate in architectural design, code reviews, and technical planning.

· Ensure code quality and maintainability through comprehensive documentation, testing, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

· 3-5 years of experience in professional software development.

· Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue preferred)

· Experience with .NET (C#) and/or Node.js for backend development

· Proficiency with C# and ASP.NET Core

· Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication flows, and secure data handling

· Experience building or working with medical software is a strong advantage.

· Familiarity with healthcare data standards is a plus.

· Clear communicator with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Bonus: Experience with medical imaging, DICOM, or healthcare standards like HL7/FHIR
