MFTP enables seamless upload and transformation of DICOM files from clinics, hospitals, and PACS servers, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and compliance with global healthcare standards.

We’re now looking for a backend-focused Software Engineer to help us scale secure, high-performance cloud solutions powering our 3D medical imaging workflows.

What You’ll Do

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.

· Design and optimize RESTful APIs for data retrieval, upload, and transformation of large medical datasets

· Optimize system performance and enhance user experience across all supported devices.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product managers, QA engineers, and clinical experts—to deliver high-quality, clinically-relevant features.

· Work closely with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and system observability

· Contribute to both new product development and the ongoing improvement of existing applications.

· Participate in architectural design, code reviews, and technical planning.

· Ensure code quality and maintainability through comprehensive documentation, testing, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

· 5+ years of experience in professional software development.

· Strong skills in one or more of: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#.

· Experience with React, Node.js, .NET.

· Proficiency with C# and ASP.NET Core

· Deep understanding of software design principles and API development.

· Experience building or working with medical software is a strong advantage.

· Familiarity with healthcare data standards is a plus.

· Clear communicator with strong problem-solving abilities.
