What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner

Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's daily schedule

Preparing treatment rooms and assisting dental professionals during procedures

Processing patient payments and maintaining accurate financial records

Ordering and managing dental supplies and equipment

Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming clinical environment

Providing outstanding customer service and patient education

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with patients, dentists and the wider team

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

Proficient in using dental practice management software and standard office applications

A caring, compassionate and patient-focused approach to delivering quality care

Flexibility to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Relevant dental assisting qualifications or a willingness to obtain them
