Hi! We are Highton Dental Centre, a family-led clinic serving the Geelong region. With a focus on exceptional care, our clinic is led by Dr. Ann and Dr. Noori, two highly experienced dentists with over half a century of combined experience. We take pride in our warm, professional environment and are excited to expand our team. We are looking for a seasoned Dental Assistant/Receptionist who can streamline our operations, ensure top-notch patient care, and contribute to our clinic’s growth!

The Role:

In this role, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our clinic. You will:

Assist our two principal dentists across a variety of procedures.

Manage patients and ensure they receive top-notch care and attention

Sterilise instruments and equipment adhering to a rigorous infection control protocol.

Reception duties such as communicating with patients, other health professionals, and organising appointments.

We are committed to building a strong, long-term team. As such, this position seeks full-time / part-time members and grants a trial period to ensure all your needs are met & that you gel with the work.

We are currently open all weekdays (excluding Wednesday) between 8:30a to 5:30p, as well as Saturdays between 8:30a to 4:00p.

We Value:

Experienced: Minimum 1 year in dental assisting, with strong skills in sterilisation and reception tasks. A Certificate III in Dental Assisting is preferred, though not necessary.
