HR, Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator:
We are seeking a HR/ Administration staff member to join our organisation you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Advertising for different type of positions.
Screening and completing all the required documentation.
Interviewing.
Workplace health & safety compliance management, including document management, auditing and reporting.
Supporting onboarding of new employees, induction programs, new starter paperwork, updating employee data, drafting employment documents, and actioning employment changes.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff compliance processes
Maintain HR records and support workforce planning activities
Foster employee wellbeing and engagement
Assist in resolving workplace issues, grievances, and disputes in line with company policies
Support performance management processes, including staff reviews and improvement plans
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards, including NDIS
We are in the NDIS space so we require passionate individuals who have a drive to complete the task within there work days,
The Opprtunity:
Permanent part-time role approx 24 to 30 hours/3 days per week, Salary range negotiable, working from our Ashfield and Incepta branch office.
Preference for reduced hours 5 days per week - work during school hours!
