As a Senior Commercial Finance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing comprehensive financial planning and reporting processes.
• Providing strategic insights and commercial support to the executive leadership, particularly the CFO.
• Analysing financial results and collaborating with business units to implement corrective measures.
• Understanding and interpreting complex financial statements and reports for presentation to the CFO.
• Leading the implementation of new financial procedures for business growth initiatives.
• Identifying trends in financial performance and supporting management in achieving targeted outcomes.
• Offering financial assessment and advice on business proposals and initiatives.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Big Four Trained and CA/CPA Qualified
• Experience in finance and business performance partnering at a mid to senior level.
• Strong capabilities in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven leadership experience in dynamic environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse groups.
