Are you a Project Manager with a passion for high-end mid to high rise residential projects? We’re seeking an experienced and driven individual to lead the delivery of landmark luxury high-rise projects in Brisbane. This is your opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected developer builder with a robust pipeline of projects extending over the next 10+ years.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a premium high-rise residential developments. From pre-construction planning through to handover, you’ll be working closely with an expert internal team, top-tier consultants, and trusted subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the successful delivery of a high-rise luxury residential project on time and within budget
• Manage project programming, procurement, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
• Lead a collaborative team environment with a focus on quality and safety
• Report directly to the Construction Director

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale high-rise residential or mixed-use developments
• A real love of multi residential projects
• Passionate about your company and team culture
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship and premium finishes
