This newly created opportunity for a Senior Strategic Product Manager - Vascular sits within a high performing with a global leader in Endovascular devices. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and commercial performance of their key vascular product portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the continued growth and success of our market-leading medical devices business.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to optimise the commercial performance of our vascular product range

Conduct extensive market research to identify new opportunities for product development and growth

Collaborate closely with the R&D team to ensure our product pipeline aligns with customer needs and market dynamics

Deliver impactful product launches and promotional campaigns to drive increased market share

Provide expert product and market insights to support the wider commercial team

Represent the company at key industry events and liaise with healthcare professionals to gather customer feedback

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify risks and opportunities

Contribute to the development of our long-term strategic vision for the vascular portfolio

Provide field-based clinical support and training on new and existing products as required.

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) in a strategic product management role within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry

Strong understanding of the vascular medical device market and the ability to analyse complex market data

Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies to drive sales growth

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers

Degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business, or marketing

Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Passionate about delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes
