We host everything from romantic weddings and private parties to corporate functions and seasonal events. Our team takes pride in delivering beautiful experiences—and we’re on the lookout for a superstar Events Coordinator to assist our Events Manager.
The Role
This is a hybrid position ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, enjoys working with people, and has a flair for event planning, F&B service and administration. You’ll work partly handling admin and client coordination, and on-site during events, and supporting the restaurant team with F&B service.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Admin (Assisting the Events Manager):
Respond to client enquiries and manage event bookings
Prepare quotes, contracts, floor plans, and event schedules
Coordinate with chefs, suppliers, and the wider team to plan each event
Conduct venue tours and pre-event meetings with clients
Maintain event files, booking calendar, and client communications
On-Site Event Coordination (Assisting the Events Manager):
Oversee event setup, service flow, and pack-down
Act as one of the points of contact for clients on event days
Coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and timely food & drink service
Liaise with the kitchen team to manage run sheets and service times
Ensure all dietary requirements and special requests are communicated and executed
Jump in to assist with table service, bar, or event styling as needed
Food & Beverage Attendant:
Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about dishes and beverages
Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality service
Process payments and issue receipts
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in events and F&B
Solid understanding of food and beverage service standards
Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and client-facing confidence
Flexible availability, including evenings (occasionally), weekends, and event days
Well-presented with a professional, friendly approach
Comfortable using booking systems, spreadsheets, and basic admin tools
A hybrid position—split between office admin to restaurant to event days on-site
