The Role

We are currently recruiting Diploma/Certificate III qualified/actively studying educators to join our team.

Remuneration, benefits and hours of work will be discussed during the interview process.

Required Skills & Experience

• Able to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment
• Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
• Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Good working knowledge of the EYLF & NQS/NQF
• Previous experience in an early childhood setting
• Able to plan and implement a quality early learning program
• Ability to document children’s individual learning
• Able to critically reflect and strive for continuous improvement

Essential Criteria

• ACECQA approved qualification or equivalent or actively studying
• Current Blue Card / Exemption card depending on role applying for.
• ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR qualification or willing to obtain
• Child Protection Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
• Food Handling Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
• Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role.
