TalentWeb is partnering with a fast-growing Australian business with a global footprint to recruit a Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst. This is a broad, high-impact role that combines group-level financial reporting with commercial analysis across global operations.

Duties & Responsibilites:

  • Manage group financial reporting, including consolidation of international entities
  • Lead the development of financial models, forecasts, and annual budgets
  • Drive variance analysis to highlight risks, trends, and commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • Support the month-end close, reconciliations, and journal preparation
  • Assist with internal and external audit preparation
  • Improve reporting processes, controls, and system use
  • Support group banking operations and cash flow reporting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree qualified in relevant discipline (Accounting, Finance, or similar)
  • Qualified CA/CPA
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within group reporting
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with large ERP systems
  • Exposure to multi-entity and international consolidations
  • A commercial, analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships across the business
