As Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in facilitating workshops, leading testing, and producing clear, actionable business documentation. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle—supporting the delivery of cutting-edge payments products, collaborating closely with tech teams, product stakeholders, and external partners.

What do you do?

• Facilitate internal & external workshops to gather and analyse business and payments requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, document and support new product features and enhancements
• Support solution and functional design documentation
• Lead end-to-end testing activities including planning, execution, and reporting
• Develop user training materials and product documentation
• Provide ongoing support to the Executive Head of Cashless, Acquiring & Corporate Partnerships

What do you need?

• Exposure to digital products, card management systems, or acquiring solutions
• Strong facilitation, analysis, and documentation skills
• Confident working cross-functionally with product, dev, operations, and marketing teams
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with data mapping, UI storyboarding and process modelling desirable
