You’ll be the engine behind our property maintenance operations, organising repairs, coordinating contractors, inspecting properties, managing and allocating various tasks, and helping tenants understand what to expect. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our homes are safe, compliant, and well-maintained, supporting the well-being of tenants and the long-term performance of our assets.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to align themselves with Jacaranda Housing’s 2024–2029 Strategic Pillars: Homes, Community, Capability, and Sustainability. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our homes remain high-quality and tenant-focused, supporting long-term housing stability within positive and thriving communities.

This is a hands-on, relationship-based role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with tenants, tradies, and team members to get things done, while keeping clear records and supporting strong compliance. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be proactive, highly organised, and confident managing multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.
