Our client, a highly respected civil contractor with over 60 years of proven success across major infrastructure, transport, and urban development projects, is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer head and subcontract agreements across large-scale infrastructure projects
• Prepare and manage progress claims, variations, and contractual correspondence
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and commercial obligations
• Maintain contract registers, cash flow forecasting, and project cost controls
• Support procurement activities and subcontractor negotiations
• Provide input on risk and opportunities throughout project lifecycle

About You:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within civil construction or infrastructure
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering/Commerce/Business/Law
• Strong working knowledge of head contracts
• Demonstrated experience managing complex subcontracts and financial reporting
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with COINS software is essential
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related discipline
