Reporting to the Head of Operations and based in the CBD this is an Executive manager role where you will be responsible managing the team providing client services in relation all fund operational matters including Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax, APRA and Transfer Agency).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, develop and support the teams in delivering all contracted services to clients accurately and on target

Maintain and monitor the Risk Control Framework for the services provided to clients, including formal supervision, identifying potential risks and developing controls to mitigate them

Promote a client focused culture within the team, ensuring that staff are uncompromising in the delivery of BAU excellence

To be successful in your application you will have extensive knowledge and experience of service delivery within the Funds Services industry. This is a large team that works in a highly collaborative manner and we are seeking someone who can work in a similar manner but also provide strategic direction to the team.
