This employer offers a structured 2-year graduate program designed specifically to help early career clinicians build strong foundations without being thrown into the deep end. You'll receive:

A gradual caseload ramp-up with reduced billable targets

Weekly 1:1 supervision and mentoring with senior Speech Pathologists incl the director with over 10+ years' experience

Scheduled non-face-to-face time for learning, reflection, and skill building

Buddy shifts with experienced team members for hands-on, supported learning

Access to a $2,000 annual professional development allowance

💼 What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering Speech Pathology services in community settings (homes, schools, day programs)

Supporting a diverse caseload, including paediatrics and adult clients (if preferred, can choose to specialise in one or the other)

Working within a flexible, mobile model with travel kept within a manageable radius

Collaborating with a friendly and tight-knit team

You’ll have flexibility to tailor your caseload to areas you're most passionate about—whether that's early intervention, literacy, AAC, fluency, or neurodiversity-affirming practice.

✅ You’ll Need:

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

SPA membership (or eligible to apply)

Australian working rights

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
