About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Receptionist & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers—whether by phone or in person—you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and professional impression every time.

This is an ideal position for someone who is just starting out in their career, keen to learn, and eager to grow into a broader administrative and team support role. A positive attitude and a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of tasks are a must!

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Reception

Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism

Provide excellent customer service to clients and suppliers

Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

Office Administration & Support

Order stationery, kitchen supplies, and other office consumables

Support day-to-day admin tasks and general office duties

Assist in organising team events such as BBQs and morning teas

Help manage staff uniforms and coordinate orders

Marketing & Design Support (Desirable but not essential)

Assist the marketing team with basic graphic design and layout tasks

Provide input on creative campaigns if you have an interest in design

What We’re Looking For

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Great communication skills and confident phone manner

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Interest in graphic design is a bonus, but not essential

A team player who enjoys supporting others and pitching in
