The Role: As a Junior Product Owner, you will act as a bridge between our clients and the technology teams delivering customized systems. Your focus will be on capturing client requirements, managing user acceptance testing, supporting project management, and facilitating organisational change. The role may also include a level of system administration. While no technical or software development skills are required, a general understanding of how technology systems work would be valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather clear business requirements and transform them into detailed, actionable documentation for development.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan, execute, and coordinate UAT activities to ensure delivered solutions and functionality meet client needs and expectations.

Project Management Support: Help track project progress, coordinate between teams, and support the timely delivery of key milestones.

System Administration: Assist with basic system configuration and administration tasks, and serve as a point of contact for resolving technical issues.

Sales & Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, participate in meetings, and help translate technical features into clear business value.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

A degree in Business, Computer Sciences, or a related field.

Exposure to the non-technical side of software development is advantageous.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to document and translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.

A proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving successful project outcomes.

No coding skills required – a focus on bridging technology with business strategy.

CRM experience (particularly SugarCRM) is a bonus, but not essential.

A can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and comfortable working in a flexible, hybrid work environment.
