Our banking client is currently embarking on a significant digital transformation and is looking to add a number of contract Product Owners to the program. To be successful, you will need to have been a Product Owner on a digital project within a banking client, at the bare minimum.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
• Serve as the main contact for the product, managing the product backlog and defining priorities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
• Create a product roadmap, participate in release planning, and track KPIs to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Prioritize features based on value and feasibility, and document requirements to guide development teams.
• SAFe Product Owner certification being a strong plus.
• Digital, mobile, online project experience.
• Experience in banking

These are 12m contract opportunities with a program that is budgeted for 3 years. Rates are $900 to $1100 plus super, depending on experience.
