Looking to gain excellent clinical experience in a hospital setting? Locum as a Clinical Pharmacist in South Australia!
Responsibilities:
- Clinical pharmacy across general medicine, surgical, rehab, oncology etc.
- Medication reconciliation, chart reviews, discharge counselling
- Collaborate on ward rounds with doctors and allied health
- Contribute to medication safety & antimicrobial stewardship
Benefits:
- $60-$90AUD per hour (depending on experience)

- 4 week contract + extensions*
What You'll Need:
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum 6 months hospital pharmacy experience in Australia.*
- Familiarity with iPharmacy, Sunrise, Merlin or similar systems.
