We're partnering with a major referral health service in Victoria seeking Hospital Pharmacist's to join their team for 4-12 week contracts.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an experienced team, gaining exposure to a wide range of clinical areas while enjoying the experiences of regional and coastal living.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services aligning to your experience which can include General Medicine, Surgical,Ortho, ED, ICU, Oncology, Rehab and Mental Health wards
• Provide medication reconciliation, discharge counselling, and contribute to safe transitions of care
• Participate in ward rounds and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Rotate through inpatient services, with some outpatient involvement
• Be supported by technicians and an experienced senior pharmacy team

Requirements

• General AHPRA-registration
