Ozcare has casual positions available for a Registered or Enrolled Nurse supporting our clients at our Canossa Private Hospital in Oxley.

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our patients. Your tasks will include:

Co-ordination of patient care needs including assessment, case management and developing individualised care plans

Providing support and supervision of enrolled nurses, assistant nurses and delegates

Liaising with patients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes

Role Requirements

A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a scrub scout in an operating theater

Exceptional infection prevention knowledge and skills

Be vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19

Current Police Screening Certificate

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Current CPR Certificate

Good computer skills

The flexibility to work a varied roster from Monday through to Friday
