About Us

TowRite Towbars is a leading Australian manufacturer known for quality, innovation, and reliability. As our company grows, we are looking for a high-performing Dispatch & Logistics Lead who is passionate about dispatch operations, thrives on ownership of their role, and is ready to make real improvements in a hands-on environment.

About the Role

This isn’t a pick-and-pack job. We're after someone who takes full ownership of dispatch operations — managing, improving, and ensuring every product leaves our factory on time and in perfect condition. You'll play a crucial role in making our operations sharper, faster, and better every day.

If you take pride in dispatch excellence, love finding ways to improve processes, and want to be a key part of a team that values what you bring, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead dispatch operations, ensuring accurate and timely order dispatch.

Coordinate daily freight bookings and manage relationships with transport providers.

Maintain stock accuracy and manage outgoing inventory.

Identify and implement improvements in dispatch and logistics processes.

Support and assist in managing production flow to meet daily targets.

Coordinate with the factory team to ensure production schedules align with dispatch deadlines.

Assist in warehouse and factory operations as needed.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a dispatch or logistics leadership role.

Passion for getting dispatch right — detail-driven and deadline-focused.

Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.

Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on factory environment.

Forklift license preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Self-motivated, reliable, and keen to continually improve systems.

Why Join TowRite Towbars?

Autonomy: You’ll be trusted to run your space like it’s your own.

Impact: Your improvements will directly help the business grow.

Support: Work with a genuine, supportive team that values what you bring.

Stability: Secure, full-time role with real career development opportunities.

How to Apply

Ready to step up and own the dispatch role? Apply today — we want to hear from motivated, experienced candidates who are looking for their next long-term opportunity.
