Development organisation with strong values focusing on community, integrity and delivering on promises. With a strong landbank and upcoming project launches this year, they have a newly created role for a Sales Consultant/Project Sales Manager.

The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be based onsite at a beautifully appointed Sales display centre at a community in Melbourne’s Northern growth corridor.

Ultimately, you will ensure an excellent customer experience and achieve sales targets for the project. Typical daily duties include customer liaison and nurturing the purchaser throughout the customer journey process, reporting and maintaining the CRM/database, responding to and following up on enquiries, maintaining the presentation of the sales display, processing deposits and signed contracts and any other ad hoc duties.

You will have a strong marketing campaign to support you however it is expected you will engage with the local community & groups to also generate your own leads.

About You
Experience in the Retirement Living, Over 55’s, Land Lease or Downsizer marketing is essential. You will be a relationship seller and be able to nurture prospective purchasers through the sales journey which can be a longer process.

You also have:

• A patient and empathetic style of sales/customer service with a genuine interest in people
• Strong relationship management skills & ability to engender trust and act with authenticity and honesty
• A collaborative team player
• Polished and professional presentation
• Current VIC driver’s licence and own vehicle
• Previous experience in using a CRM, and proficiency across Microsoft Office
