About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the WABS team as an Outpatient Coordinator, where you will be responsible for:

• Providing a high level of administrative support to the divisional administration staff for coordinating outpatient clinics.
• Maintain accountability for outpatient data quality assurance within the division.
• Deliver comprehensive administrative support within the division, including staff supervision and rostering.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Liaise closely with administration officers, clinicians, and unit heads to ensure smooth division operations.
• Support the Administrative Manager in quality improvement initiatives, change management processes, and workflow efficiency improvements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• The ability to adapt, to change and acquire new skills.
• The ability to establish good interpersonal relationships with other staff, patients, parents and clinicians.
• Experience of MBS Billing system/reports
• Experience in a hospital or health-related environment
