About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the WABS team as an Outpatient Coordinator, where you will be responsible for:
- Providing a high level of administrative support to the divisional administration staff for coordinating outpatient clinics.
- Maintain accountability for outpatient data quality assurance within the division.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support within the division, including staff supervision and rostering.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Liaise closely with administration officers, clinicians, and unit heads to ensure smooth division operations.
- Support the Administrative Manager in quality improvement initiatives, change management processes, and workflow efficiency improvements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The ability to adapt, to change and acquire new skills.
- The ability to establish good interpersonal relationships with other staff, patients, parents and clinicians.
- Experience of MBS Billing system/reports
- Experience in a hospital or health-related environment
