We’re looking for reliable, proactive, and physically fit go-getters who want to grow their skills, work with a great team, and enjoy a rotating 12-hour shift roster. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and get moving — this is the gig for you!

🕒 The Roster (It’s cooler than it sounds)
Think of it as a lifestyle shift – you’ll work 12 hours a day (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am), with plenty of downtime built in.
Here’s how it flows:

• 2 Days / 2 Nights / 5 Off
• 2 Days / 3 Nights / 4 Off
• 3 Days / 2 Nights / 5 Off

That’s plenty of time to chill, adventure, or Netflix between shifts!

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating machines and recording data using systems/software
• Assembling parts and assisting in production tasks
• Manual handling (some heavy lifting involved)
• Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and safe
• Pitching in across the factory as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing/factory experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Quick thinker with a great attitude
• Strong attention to detail – eyes like a hawk!
• Physically fit and ready to work in a climate-controlled environment
• Safety-first mindset
• Team player with solid communication skills
• Must have reliable transport (public transport is limited)
