Position Title: Salesforce Tester
Start Date: ASAP,
End Date: 12 months from start date
Pay Rate: $883 per day plus Super
Location: Sydney/Hybrid

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of the Salesforce applications and platforms used by the organisation. The candidate will work closely with the developers, business analysts, and end users to design, execute, and report on test cases and scenarios. The Salesforce Tester also contributes to the continuous improvement of the testing processes and practices and provides guidance and support to junior testers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications and platforms, using manual and automated testing techniques.
• Perform functional, non-functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing, and ensure that the testing coverage and quality meet the requirements and specifications.
• Document and report on testing results, issues, defects, and recommendations, using appropriate tools and formats.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and end users to resolve testing issues and to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Manage testing projects and resources, and coordinate testing activities and schedules with stakeholders and customers.
• Evaluate testing processes and practices to suggest and implement enhancements and innovations.
• Provide guidance on testing policy, strategy, and governance, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expert knowledge and experience of Salesforce applications and platforms, and their features, functionalities, and architectures.
• Expert knowledge and experience of testing methods, techniques, tools and standards, and their application to Salesforce testing.
• Proficient in writing test automation scripts using automation tools
• Excellent attention to detail, quality, and accuracy, and the ability to deliver testing results and reports that meet the expectations and standards.
• AccelQ experience preferred, but not mandatory
